University of Galway is hosting a dedicated information morning designed specifically for Leaving Certificate students from Donegal later this month.
The morning will offer a unique opportunity for students to learn about the academic, social, and personal benefits of studying at the university. This event will take place on Tuesday, November 26, from 11.30am-1pm at Radisson Hotel, Letterkenny.
The information morning will provide insights into the wide array of undergraduate programmes on offer, including Arts, Business, Engineering, Law, Science, Medicine, Nursing, Health Sciences and the soon to be launched Pharmacy degree.

Students can also learn about unique student supports available for Donegal students to help with the transition to university life, including scholarships, accommodation options, career opportunities, and various student life activities available.
Highlights of the event include:
- Information about scholarships available, including the Ireland Healthcare Scholarships, supported by Optum, specifically for Donegal students
- Learn about unique student supports available to help with the transition to university life, including accommodation options, career opportunities, and various student life activities available
- One-on-one consultations with academics and college staff
- An opportunity to meet current students and alumni from Donegal to hear about their experience
