The session will be led by experienced members of the North West Hospice Social Work team, who will share insights and compassionate advice to help individuals navigate bereavement. Everyone is welcome to attend — there is no charge and no advance registration is required. The evening is funded by North West Hospice Charity in association with HSE West and North West.

Speaking about the event, Michelle O’Reilly Senior Social Worker from North West Hospice said: “Grief affects everyone differently. People often wonder, is what they are experiencing normal. The evening is an opportunity to gain a better understanding of how bereavement affects us and how to support yourself, others and children. We warmly invite anyone who has experienced loss, those who are supporting others in their bereavement or who would like to know more about grief to join us.”
