Cloughaneely GAA and Senior Band join forces for the Lip Sync Battle of the Year

The event is set to take place at Óstán Loch Altan, with doors opening at 7:30pm for an 8pm start on Saturday

The Cloughaneely GAA Club and the Cloughaneely Senior Band are joining forces for their inaugural Lip Sync Battle Fundraiser this Saturday, October 25, promising a spectacular night of fun, fundraising, and show-stopping performances.

The event is set to take place at Óstán Loch Altan, with doors opening at 7:30pm for an 8pm start. The main goal is to raise essential funds for both the GAA Club and the Senior Band, two organisations that play a vital role in the lives of young people and families across Cloughaneely.

This massive collaborative effort has brought together over 50 local participants, ranging from players and marchers to teachers and public servants, all working under the expert direction of Andrea Emmet.

The stellar lineup of familiar faces includes Cllr. Denis McGee, local teachers and school staff, and estate agent Manus Kelly, among many other community favorites. Audiences can look forward to hilarious and creative acts with memorable names such as The Thundering Eejits, All Dolled Up, Grey Diesel, and Peoncey and Her Single Gaels.

Tickets for this highly anticipated event are selling fast and can be purchased from several local outlets: Centra Falcarragh, McClafferty’s Eurospar Gortahork, Shane McGee Hardware, and Óstán Loch Altan.
