Cut your energy bills: Efficient Renewables to host Energy Savings Open Day

Heating and electricity bills climb every winter but they don't have to.

Efficient Renewables, based in Newtowncunningham, has been helping homeowners across Donegal and the North West cut their energy costs since 2009.

On Saturday 26 September we're opening the doors at our HQ from 10am to 3.00pm, and everyone is welcome. It's a casual drop-in day with no presentations and no hard sell. Come and see the technology in person, and talk to the people who actually install it.

We'll be covering two sides of the house. On the electricity side: solar panels, home battery storage and the new smart tariffs, and how the three work together to cut what you pay.

On the heating side: Ecoforest heat pumps, retrofit, plumbing upgrades and ventilation, along with the grant support and finance options currently available.

We'll also have our EfficientCare+ service team on hand. If you already have solar or a heat pump and it hasn't been looked at in a while, bring the details and we'll tell you what it needs before the cold sets in.

Bring a recent electricity bill or your house plans and our team will walk you through what would suit your home and what it would realistically cost. Tea and coffee on the day.
