Donegal learn provisional fixtures for Division 1 league campaign

Donegal will look to retain their Division 1 title, with a trip to All-Ireland Champions Mayo up first
Donegal’s provisional fixtures for the National Football League have been released.
The reigning Division 1 champions will have four home games and three away, according to the draft 2027 National League fixtures released to counties this week.
Due to the uncertainty about venues, the current fixture list is only provisional, but DonegalLive understands the CCC will look to confirm the schedule in the coming days.
Jim McGuinness’ men will face All-Ireland Champions Mayo in their opening game at MacHale Park, while the Tír Chonaill men will have four games at home as they look to defend their league title.
Donegal will travel to Castlebar on January 23, before a first home game eight days later against newly promoted Cork.
Donegal will again be home to Meath on February 13, before travelling to Fitzgerald Stadium in Killarney in a rematch of the Division 1 final from last year with Kerry on February 21.
Further home games are down for February 27 against Armagh, and March 21 against Roscommon, with a trip to Pearse Stadium in Galway in between on March 14.
