With a bumper turnout of over 400 and both the male and female records broken by Jamie Walsh from Galway City Harriers AC and Caitriona Jennings of Letterkenny AC, the late Aidan McGlynn was remembered this morning. Please click on the arrows to go through the gallery

St Eunan's GAA club and Letterkenny AC - two clubs close to Aidan's heart - came together to host the event in Letterkenny.

Walsh was the first man home in 19:41, with Kieran Kelly from Raheny Shamrocks second with 19:47 and Donal Farren third with 20:32. Jennings brought some local cheers in the female race, clocking 23:15, with Helen McCready from Rosses AC second in 24:06 and third going to City of Derry's Gemma McGinty, in 24:55.
