RTÉ television and radio presenter Miriam O’Callaghan was the special guest as the North West Breast Cancer Charity Ball returned in magnificent style on Friday night.
The event took place at Letterkenny’s Silver Tassie Hotel and the big turn-out ensured that it was another successful event.
Money raised on the night will support research into breast cancer at Letterkenny University Hospital, patient comfort and aftercare through an outreach programme.
The MC for the event was Noel Cunningham and he was at his brilliant best, ensuring that the whole event ran smoothly. Andrea Gilligan of Newstalk was also in attendance to lend her support to what’s a very worthy cause.
It was the first time the event was able to take place in its usual format because of the Covid restrictions over the past two years.
