It was a busy couple of weeks in the run-up to the Christmas holidays at Magh Ene College in Bundoran.

To say the staff and pupils embraced the festive season would be an understatement with a host of Christmas activities taking place.

There was a Christmas jumper day with all proceeds going to Crumlin Hospital; the Christmas Fair was also a huge success with so much to choose from for all who attended.

And there was a big send-off for the school's staff members who are retiring - our School Administrator Teresa Ruane, Head of the SEN Department Mary Patton and SNA Tina McHugh.

If that wasn't enough, the Transition Year Christmas Show also took place with a fantastic display of talent delighting the big audience who attended. Well done to everyone involved, and especially to Mr. Reilly and Ms. McGloin for all their hard work in preparing the students.

Photographer Philip Mulligan was there to capture the fantastic Christmas Show production.
