Some of you might know me from Returning Light, the charity event I run every Christmas, which has raised over €20,000 for local mental health services, ensuring that support goes directly to the people of Donegal.
Others might remember me from my days working in Holmes Service Station, The Forge Bar, or Donegal Golf Club. Growing up here as Mickey Martin, the postman’s daughter, I’ve always been rooted in this town, and I want to use this opportunity to represent the younger generation in Donegal Town.
Now working in Digital Marketing and eCommerce management, I see even more ways to help local businesses thrive, both online and in-person.
I’m running for mayor to bring fresh ideas to the table, support our community, and make Donegal Town a place where young people can build their future.
