Four Masters' clash with Cloughaneely on Saturday evening will see the curtain rise on the Donegal SFC.
Cloughaneely are the current IFC winners and take the place of Termon in this season's competition.
St Eunan's are the reigning champions following last November's success against Naomh Conaill on a 1-11 to 0-4 scoreline and the Letterkenny side open on Saturday when St Naul's their visitors. St Michael's are home that same evening against MacCumhaill's.

Kilcar overcame Naomh Conaill in the recent All-County Football League Division 1 final and begin their campaign on Sunday against Milford. Naomh Conaill visit Glenswilly, Killybegs are home to Glenfin, Gaoth Dobhair play host to Ardara and there's a south of the county derby in Ballyshannon with Aodh Ruadh and Bundoran due to meet.
