There was a big turnout on Sunday night for the turning on of the Christmas tree lights in Carndonagh. This year’s event in the Diamond was special as it marked the 50th anniversary of the town’s Christmas Tree Committee. The evening included music and carol singing, entertainment for the children and of course a visit from the big guy himself.
