The Mid West Donegal Vintage Club took to the roads again for the Annual Dunkineely Road Run.
This event has been very popular for many years with this being the 11th run to take place in the village.
Approaching 100 vintage classic and modern tractors and cars took part in the run on Saturday, October 14, and not even the heavy showers dampened the spirits of all participants and spectators.
The run took participants over Ardaghey and back to Dunkineely via Croagh.
Supper was in the church hall and was very welcome after the run and thanks to the ladies for their hard work.
The club would like to extend our thanks to everyone who participated and contributed in any way.
Funds raised will be divided between the three local churches, Killaghtee Methodist Church, St Peter and St Conal’s RC Church, Bruckless, St Peter’s Church of Ireland, Dunkineely.
