A spokesperson for the Leghowney Community Hall committee said: “Thanks to all who came along to our St Bridget's Cross making evening at Leghowney Hall on Friday night.

“It was indeed a blessing to be  able to host as the power had only just come back at the Hall the evening before.

“Let’s hope St Bridget starts to sprinkle her spring magic very soon as we really could do with a little calm after the storm.

“Thanks to Clogher Le Chèile for all their help for this event. Thanks to Elaine at Treat Box at Clar for some lovely home bakes.”
