In Pictures: Great turnout for fundraiser in memory of Pettigo’s Caoimhe Kelly

There was a fantastic atmosphere in the border town as around 160 tractors took part in a memorial tractor run

The people of Pettigo were joined by friends from near and far to honour the memory of Little Blue Hero Caoimhe Kelly in a wonderful celebration of community in the border town. Click on the arrows to see Siobhan McNamara's photos of the event:

Around 160 tractors of all shapes, sizes and vintages took part in the Caoimhe Kelly Memorial Tractor Run on Sunday, April 27. As well as the tractor run, there was music, generously donated raffle prizes, and lots of camaraderie and family fun.

A particularly important guest was Honorary Garda Grace Hannigan, who attended along with parents Caroline and Colm, extended family and members of An Garda Síochana.

The heart-warming event was a beautiful way to honour Caoimhe, and was a very successful fundraiser for the Little Blue Heroes charity.
