The event proved to be a day of fun and community spirit, a nine-a-side blitz, while the celebrations continued afterwards with hot food and entertainment in Rosie’s Bar. Players and supporters also got into the spirit with many turning up in fancy dress.
Organisers said they were delighted with the strong turnout in support of the cause.
The Convoy G4M&O group is now set to showcase their skills Stateside. The fundraiser blitz help towards the costs as they proudly prepare to represent Donegal in New York, and organisers expressed their gratitude for the community’s ongoing support.
