In Pictures: The Odd Couple (Female Version) goes down a treat in Donegal

'The audience were left entertained and exhausted from the laughing' at the production which is taking place as part of the Donegal Bay and Bluestacks Festival

Donegal Drama Circle kicked off their run in the Donegal Bay and Bluestacks Festival 2025 with the Odd Couple (Female Version) to a packed house in Leghowney Hall. Click on the arrows to see Siobhan McGowan's photos of the evening

The play is a hilarious comedy and the audience were left entertained and exhausted from the laughing.

On a more sombre note, the director Christian Carbin paid a heartfelt tribute to a former member of the Donegal Drama Circe Mary Rose Carr citing her involvement with local drama from Drimarone to Leghowney to Donegal Town with the crowd joining him in a final round of applause for a very special and wonderful woman.

The Odd Couple (Female Version) runs until Saturday night at 8pm nightly.
