On Saturday, Letterkenny Rovers were 2-1 victors over Carndonagh in the U-15 Boys final at Ballyare’s Diamond Park. The Inishowen side took the lead thanks to a wonderful free-kick from Kalvan McLaughlin but Letterkenny got back on terms through a well-struck Padraig Murphy shot. It was 1-1 at the break and Guillermo Morais struck what proved to be the winner. Letterkenny Rovers lost out 3-1 to Carrick Rovers from Monaghan in the final of the U-14 competition with Blake Meredith the scorer for the Leckview Park side.
