Six-week Couch to 5k to commence in Dungloe ahead of festival
Commencing on Wednesday, June 10, the Couch to 5k will take place weekly until the Mary from Dungloe International Arts Festival
A six-week Couch to 5k programme is commencing in Dungloe.
The event will begin on Wednesday, June 10, with registration from 5pm and the run/walk will begin at 6pm, starting and finishing at Hookd Coffee Co, Dungloe.
There will be a complimentary t-shirt given to those who complete the six weeks, from now until the run/walk event during the Mary from Dungloe Festival.
The Couch to 5k is organised by Mary from Dungloe International Arts Festival in association with Rosses Athletics Club.
