Eric Roberts, with a performance dedicated to his nephew Oisin, turned on the style once more at Dancing with the Stars on Sunday night.

The Ireland AM presenter from Glen and pro dancer Arianna Favaro danced Tango to Coldplay's ‘Clocks’, and received 34 points.

Rose of Tralee Katelyn Cummins won immunity on the Dedicated Dance Special, after dancing a Contemporary Ballroom to ‘Never Enough’ by Kelly Clarkson. This means Katelyn, alongside pro partner Leonardo Lini, will be immune from elimination from next week’s Fright Night and the first Dance Off of the season.

After an emotional show in which contestants paid tribute to people who have made an impact on their lives and dedicated a dance to them, Katelyn and pro partner Leonardo received the highest combined points - 35 - from the judges and public votes to earn immunity from the first Dance-Off of the series next week on Fright Night.

The Apprentice UK star Jordan Dargan dedicated his dance to his mam Ruth. He and his pro partner, Rebecca Scott, performed an American Smooth to ‘The Voyage’ by Christy Moore. They received 39 points.

Singer-songwriter Tolü Makay and Maciej Zięba danced a Foxtrot to ‘When We Were Young’ by Adele, for Tolü’s sister Timmy and got 32.

Olympic rower Philip Doyle dedicated his dance to his mother Una as he and his pro partner Daniela Roze danced a Samba to ‘Dancing Queen’ by Abba, to clock 19.

Fair City star Stephanie Kelly and her pro partner Ervinas Merfeldas danced a Paso Doble to Firestone (Glewil remix) by Kygo feat. Conrad, in honour of Stephanie’s son, Zach and managed to amass 30 points.

Eurovision winner Niamh Kavanagh and her partner Stephen Vincent danced a Foxtrot to ‘Daniel’ by Elton John, in memory of Niamh’s nephew Daniel, to also get 30.

Nationwide presenter Anne Cassin and her pro partner Robert Rowiński danced an American Smooth to ‘Don’t Stop’ by Fleetwood Mac, in honour of Anne’s mother Nancy, for 25 points.

The Traitors Ireland star Paudie Moloney and his pro partner Laura Nolan danced a Jive to ‘Jailhouse Rock’ by Elvis Presley, for Paudie’s ten grandchildren. They received 11 points.

This special episode honoured former judge Julian Benson, who passed away in April last year. Viewers heard from former presenter Nicky Byrne and former Head Judge Lorraine Barry, as well as current presenter Jennifer Zamparelli and judges Brian Redmond, Karen Byrne, and Arthur Gourounlian, who shared memories of their dear friend and colleague.

The professional dancers also honoured the man endearingly named ‘Captain Sparkle’ with an emotional performance to ‘Last Dance’ by Donna Summer. This week is Fright Night, airing on Sunday 08 February from 6:30pm on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player.
