Gardai are investigating an incident in which a man fell from a moving vehicle in Ballyshannon earlier this week.
The Garda Ombudsman is involved in the prob into the incident, which occurred one Tuesday, September 30.
The man was found with injuries following a fall from a moving vehicle on Bachelor’s Walk in Ballyshannon.

The man in question is said to have been still in the impounded vehicle and sustained what was described as a “serious head injury”.
A number of members of the public were also in the vicinity of the incident.
He was later taken to Sligo University Hospital for treatment and his current condition is not known.
