Bried McGinley, Dunfanaghy

Annie Prosser/McLoone, UK and Glenties

The death has occurred of Annie Prosser/McLoone, Tamworth, UK and formerly, Glenties. Beloved wife of Johnny. Predeceased by her brothers Phillip, Sean, Al, Frank and sister Rose. Sadly missed by her nieces Genevieve and Rosita and their extended families.

Mass at 1pm on August 22 in St. John's Catholic Church, Tamworth, followed by Cremation at 2.30pm in Suttoncoldfield.

Mary Gillespie New York and Donegal Town

The death has occurred of Mary Gillespie, Kingston, New York and formerly Meenadreen, Donegal Town.

She passed away peacefully, at her home in Kingston, New York. Predeceased by her father Paddy Gillespie will be sadly missed by her mother Margaret her brothers Joe, Pat,(Anne), Jimmy(Lourdes),Felix (Eileen),Martin (Tracey), Dermot(Anne), Kevin and her auntie Mary, nieces, nephews extended family and friends.

Mary’s ashes will  be reposing at the family home in Meenadreen (Eircode F94DK37) on Wednesday from 3pm to 10pm.

Funeral Mass on Thursday morning at 10am in St Agatha’s Church Clar with interment of ashes immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Patrick Joseph Mallon, Ramelton and formerly of Coventry and Tyrone

The death has taken place of Patrick Joseph Mallon, 17 An Sruthan, Ramelton F92 F436, Coventry England, and The Moy, County Tyrone.

He passed away peacefully in the caring hands of the staff of The Donegal Hospice and surrounded by his loving family. He was predeceased by his parents Patrick and Ellen and brother Ignatius.

Deeply regretted by his loving and devoted wife Mary, family, Michael, Patrick, John, Virginia and Theresa, sons-in-law and daughters-in-law, grandchildren and great grand children. Brothers Aidan, Gerard, Tony, John and Kevin, sisters, Rosemary, Anne, Angela and Kathleen, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and wide circle of friends.

Pat’s remains will repose at his late residence from Monday, August 14 from 8pm. Funeral from there on Wednesday, August 16 for Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church Ramelton at 2.30pm followed by interment in Tully cemetery.

James Mc Fadden, 14 Chestnut Grove, Ramelton

The peaceful death has taken place at his home of James Mc Fadden, 14 Chestnut Grove, Ramelton, F92 R8Y2.

Remains are reposing at his late residence.

Funeral Mass on Wednesday, August 16 , at 11am in St. Mary’s Church, Ramelton.

Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Eunan McLaughlin, Ture, Muff

The death has taken place of Eunan McLaughlin, Ture , Muff, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital August13. People are welcome to pay respects at McLaughlin’s Funeral Home, 414a Ballyquin Road, Dungiven, Co Derry BT47 4NQ) on Monday, August 14 from 5pm to 9pm.

Leaving the funeral home at 9pm to repose at his parents home 11 Carnanbane Road, Dungiven BT47 4SR.

Funeral from the home of his parents on Wednesday, August 16 leaving at 10.15am for 11am Requiem Mass in St Joseph’s Church, Banagher.

Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

James Mc Fadden, Ramelton

The death has occurred peacefully at his home, of James McFadden, 14 Chestnut Grove, Ramelton

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Frances, son Cathal, daughter Mary, daughter-in-law Pauline, grandchildren Daithí, Grace, Aodháin and Cara, sister Roise, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

His remains are reposing at his home. Family time on the morning of the funeral.

Bridie O'Donnell, St Johnston

The death has occurred at home of Bridie O’Donnell, née McNamee, Dundee, St Johnston. 

Lovingly missed by her daughters and sons Dolores, Rory, Vernon, Padar, Stella, Benedict, Trevor, her niece Geraldine and all her nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Bridget was predeceased by her husband Willie.

Bridget's remains are reposing at home.

Funeral leaving her late residence on Tuesday morning at 9.30am going to St Baithin’s Church, St Johnston for 10am Requiem Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Michael McDaid, Buncrana

The death has taken place in Letterkenny University Hospital of Michael McDaid, 7 St Oran's Road, Buncrana.

Son of the late Margaret and John McDaid, he is sadly missed by his brothers and sisters Mary (McKenna), Margaret (Ryle), Kathleen (Durcan), Patrick, Edmund, Bernadette (Helly), Jean (Maloney Craig) and John, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews and extended family circle and friends.

His remains are reposing at his home. Family time from 10pm on Sunday until 2pm on Monday and again from 10pm until the morning of the funeral. 

Funeral from there on Tuesday at 10.20am going to St Mary's Church, Cockhill for 11am Requiem Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Funeral mass can be viewed online at www.churchservices.tv/cockhill

Bried McGinley, Dunfanaghy

The peaceful death has taken place in the Lake House Nursing Home of Bried McGinley of Main Street, Dunfanaghy.

Beloved wife of the late Brian McGinley and mother of the late Patrick McGinley. She will be sadly missed by her daughters and sons Teresa, Sally, Danny, Bernard, Shaun and Neil, sons-in-law Willie and Charlie, daughters-in-law Lorraine, Sara, Edwina and Mairead, her 11 grandchildren, her sister May Coyle, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

The wake is taking place at her home. Family time from 11pm to 11am.
