Gavin Mulreany will keep goal for Donegal against Tyrone this evening
Gavin Mulreany has been added to the Donegal starting XV for their All-Ireland SFC Group 1 round-robin clash with Tyrone.
The St Naul's goalkeeper comes in for Shaun Patton, who did a warm-up having picked up an ankle injury in the Ulster final win over Armagh. The throw-in has been put back 15 minutes to 7:15pm because of traffic congestion on the A5 between Omagh and Newtownstewart.
Mulreany played in last year's Ulster semi-final win over Tyrone at Celtic Park, which Donegal won 0-18 to 0-16 and also came on when Patton was sent off against the Red Hands in the 2023 All-Ireland preliminary quarter-final.
Eoghan Ban Gallagher and Conor O'Donnell are also coming into the team, with Peadar Mogan and Patrick McBrearty making way.
Tyrone have made four switches with Cormac Quinn, Pádraig Hampsey, Seanie O'Donnell and Mark Bradley replacing Aidan Clarke, Peter Teague, Aodhan Donaghy and Peter Harte.
