Donnachadh and Denis Ó Baoighill following Cloughaneely's win over Naomh Padraig
Cloughaneely got the points to keep their survival hopes alive in Division 2 of the All-County Football League, helped by a father and son combination.
The Falcarragh-based side still have some work to do to retain their status but had a very encouraging 4-12 to 1-8 win over Naomh Padraig Uisce Chaoin at Maurice McMenamin Memorial Park.

"It was a special day for the club and the Ó Baoighill family today when father and son, Denis and Donnachadh lined out for the senior team in their game against Naomh Pádraig," Clg Chloich Cheann Fhaola posted. "The lads had a great win today in Muff in what was a great team performance. Maith sibh uilig!"
The victory means that Cloughaneely are in 11th place in the 14-team Division 2 with one game to play and will be looking to their final regulation fixture of the season on Friday, when they welcome the team one place and one point below them, Gaeil Fhánada.
