Oisin Gallen was named at full-forward in RTÉ's Team of the Year
Donegal’s Peadar Mogan and Oisin Gallen have been named on RTÉ’s GAA Team of the Year after it was announced on the Sunday Game.
Both players had standout seasons, significantly contributing to Jim McGuinness' team's journey to the All-Ireland semi-final.
Mogan, a wing-back from St Naul's, was named Player of the Month for both May and June. He scored 0-13 from play across nine games, including 0-5, and won the Man of the Match title in a notable quarter-final win against Louth.
Meanwhile, Gallen emerged as one of the top scorers in the championship, amassing 2-33. He scored six points in the Ulster final before the penalty shootout, with four of those points coming from play.
Both players were honored in a distinguished Team of the Year lineup, with Ryan McHugh and Brendan McCole also receiving honorable mentions.
