Dates, times and venues confirmed for Donegal's two MacRory Cup quarter-finalists

Abbey Vocational School from Donegal Town and SouthWest Donegal which is made up of Colaiste Na Carraige, St Catherine’s VS, Killybegs, St Columba’s Comprehensive, Glenties, Pobalscoil Na Rosann, and Pobalscoil Ghaoth Dobhair, are both in action next week

Abbey VS play St Colman's Newry on Wednesday, January 8, at 5pm in Convoy

Donegal’s two Ulster Schools GAA MacRory Cup sides’ quarter-finals have been confirmed.

Abbey Vocational School from Donegal Town and SouthWest Donegal which is made up of Colaiste Na Carraige, St Catherine’s VS, Killybegs, St Columba’s Comprehensive, Glenties, Pobalscoil Na Rosann, and Pobalscoil Ghaoth Dobhair, are both in action next week.

Abbey VS play St Colman's Newry on Wednesday, January 8, at 5pm in Convoy, while SouthWest Donegal play Omagh CBS in Healy Park Omagh on Friday, January 10, at 7.30pm. Both matches will be streamed.

Meanwhile, the other two last-eight ties are, Saturday, January 11 at 2pm at the Athletic Grounds, Armagh,  St Patrick’s Armagh v Abbey CBS, Newry, while a date, time and venue has yet to be confirmed for St Patrick’s Maghera v St Mary’s Magherafelt.

It is intended the winners of Abbey VS/St Colman's Newry will play whoever comes out on top between Southwest Donegal and Omagh CBS in the semi-finals, although a redraw will occur if the need arises to avoid repeat pairings.
