Martin has been a pivotal figure in Donegal's underage teams over recent years. Notably, he was an integral part of the Donegal minor team that reached the Ulster final in 2021. His consistent performances have seen him progress through the ranks, culminating in his current leadership role with the U-20 side.
The upcoming fixture against Fermanagh marks the beginning of Donegal's journey in a competitive Group A, which also includes Tyrone, Antrim, and Down. The team is under the guidance of manager Gary Boyle who replaces Shaun Paul Barrett in the hotseat.
The match is scheduled for a 7:30pm throw-in at Brewster Park, Enniskillen, and promises to be an exciting encounter as Donegal seeks to start their campaign on a positive note.
