General Election: Labour's Nessa Cosgrove is out in Sligo Leitrim South Donegal

The Sligo Leitrim Donegal count continues in the Clayton Hotel in Sligo

Labour's Nessa Cosgrove is the latest to be eliminated in the Sligo-Leitrim General Election count in the Clayton Hotel.

Returning Officer Paraic O'Grady announced the Count 7 results at around 2pm, and with no candidate having reached the surplus of 11,381, Nessa Cosgrove's 2,846 votes will be be distributed.

The standings remain unchanged, with Frank Feighan on 9,317 (39 transfers), Martin Kenny on 8,431 (258 transfers), Michael Clarke on 6,785 (88 transfers), Eamon Scanlon on 6,059 (32 transfers) and Chris MacManus close behind on 6,042, having picked up 655 transfers from Gino O'Boyle.
