91-house development planned for in Bundoran

A Planning application has been made for a 91-unit housing development to be built in Bundoran.

Donegal County Council received the application from McHenry Asset Holdings Ltd on June 25 for the development, which would take place over a period of 10 years.

The site location for the development is on Church Road in Bundoran, and would also involve the demolition of two detached houses along with associated sheds.

Connections to public services and the provision of two vehicle entrances onto Church Road are also planned to serve the development.

A decision for the development is due on August 19.
