The countdown is on to one of Inishowen’s most highly anticipated gigs of the summer at the famous Mac’s Backroom in McGrory’s, Culdaff.
What promises to be a wonderful evening of songs, stories and entertainment, ‘On The Road Again’ brings together icons of the Irish music scene for a first ever gig here.
Fiachna Ó Braonáin, from the Hothouse Flowers, joins with Tom Dunne, lead singer with Something Happens, and Alan Connor, from the Late Late Show house band, for a special concert on Friday, July 11 at 9pm.
It will be the band’s inaugural Donegal performance.
Tom and Fiachna’s paths crossed on the world's stages over the decades, but the idea of making music together never arose. They are now about 50 shows in, and all of them have been magical.

United by a love of performance and songwriting, the Donegal audience can expect a thrilling blend of both familiar and rarely heard material from both Dunne and O' Braoinain's rich back catalogues.
McGrory’s is inviting everyone to come along for a night to remember in Culdaff, and a rare chance to see such talent on the same stage together.
