The planned scoreboard is for the main pitch of the GAA Centre, and the planned dugouts and the majority of the spectator rails are planned for pitch three of the five-pitch facility.
Donegal GAA had received conditional approval from Donegal County Council for floodlighting around pitches three and four in September 2025, and this current application represents the next stage of Donegal GAA Centre’s development.
A decision due date for the application has been set by Donegal County Council for December 3.
