Planning sought from Donegal County Council for 17 Carrigart properties

Mulroy Park in Carrigart

Planning permission has been sought from Donegal County Council for the construction of 17 houses in Carrigart. 

Donegal-based CR Renaissance Properties Ltd applied for permission for the construction of 17 properties at Mulroy Park, Carrigart, with access via the R245 through the existing Mulroy Park Housing Estate.

A total of nine two-bed houses and eight three-bed houses are proposed for the project.

The planning application acts as a second phase of a successful application from 2019, when the construction of 34 dwellings was approved by the Local Authority.  

Donegal County Council has set a decision due date for the application for March 15.
