Letterkenny campus of ATU Donegal
The Atlantic Technological University (ATU) is seeking planning permission from Donegal County Council for the construction of two new classrooms at its Letterkenny campus for its nursing block.
It is proposed that there would be two extensions to the existing main campus building, which would be built on existing terraces.

The Letterkenny Campus of ATU is a higher education institution and includes 18,000 sq metres of educational and support accommodation with specialised teaching and research facilities, while also housing a library, dining areas, meeting rooms, and the state-of-the-art sporting facilities. The nursing block considered in this proposal was constructed in the early 2000s.
Donegal County Council has set a decision due date for the application for March 16.
