Pete’s Bar, in Derrybeg, which has been on the market, is now available for a price of €139,000, as advertised on daft.ie
Also known as Teach Phete and previously known as Teach Néill, the late Pete ‘ Den’ Gillespie was the popular publican until his passing in 2019.

As part of the price, any furniture is not included, however, included in the deal is the pub itself, a two-bed apartment, and a separate cafe.
The listing's description said: “There is good overall parking around the property, and there is also the traditional peanc (traditional fair day animal holding) area to the south of the pub,” and that it is a “landmark property in Derrybeg in the heart of Gweedore.”
