Planning permission sought for Glenties apartments

Planning permission has been sought from Donegal County Council for the change of use of an existing warehouse building to six apartments off Main Street in Glenties.

The listed applicants, Darren and Conor Melly, have applied for the planning permission application, to affect a warehouse next to a large car park, positioned behind the Costcutter supermarket and the Mellys Apartments building.

Of the six planned apartments, four apartments have been targeted for long-term letting, and two apartments for short-term letting.

Connection to the existing wastewater treatment system and all associated site development works have been included in the submitted proposals.

Donegal County Council has set a decision due date for the planning permission application for May 4.
