Donegal Tyre Centre seek planning for office and warehouse buildings

The Donegal Tyre Centre in Donegal Town has sought planning permission from Donegal County Council for three buildings on the Donegal Town site off the R267. 

Within the three buildings applied for, there would be two offices and 10 open-house warehouse spaces, sanitary accommodation, along with the provision of an access road, car parking and pedestrian footpaths to the proposed development, and connections to the public foul, storm and watermain services.

Donegal Tyre Centre has been located at its current premises on Clar Road since 1984.

A decision due date has been set for the submitted planning application by Donegal County Council for May 10.
