This Christmas, for the first time ever, Oakfield Park, Raphoe will be opening its doors for a very special event. The Santa Express will be running daily from the 1st to 21st December, from 3.30pm till late.

This promises to be an extraordinary Santa experience. Board the Santa Express at the Station and enjoy an enchanting train ride through Oakfield’s magnificent woodlands to meet Santa and his special helpers.

A professional photographer will be on hand to capture this precious family moment, and prints will be available to purchase. All the boys and girls who have been good this year will receive a special gift from Santa.

Hop back on the train to Buffers, Oakfield’s brand new tea house, where adults can enjoy a free glass of mulled wine or hot chocolate. Children can write and post their Christmas letter to Santa in his special Post Box. Lots of festive activities, entertainment and seasonal refreshments will be available at Buffers, making it an event not to be missed

As twilight falls the magic begins…..

DATE : 1st December to 21st December 2016

TIME: 3.30 pm until late.

This is a timed entrance event with trains departing every 15 minutes. Passengers must ensure that they arrive in plenty of time (at least 10 minutes in advance) to catch their departure slot.

TICKET INFORMATION:

€15 Children – includes small gift

€10 Adults – includes a free hot chocolate or glass of mulled wine.

*Babies 1 – 12 months – Free for their first Christmas!

Group Bookings are welcome. Please contact us by phone when making your booking if you require wheelchair access. This will be important when boarding the train to ensure the correct carriage is available for you.
