Cathaoirleach of Letterkenny-Milford Municipal District Ciaran Brogan with his parents Philip and Mary
Cllr Ciaran Brogan's first stop, having been confirmed as the new Cathaoirleach of Letterkenny-Milford Municipal District, was to pop into his parents.
In Milford on Tuesday afternoon, Cllr Brogan, who has served as the leas-cathaoirleach for the past year, returned to the position he previously held in 2015-16, having taken the mantle from Cllr Gerry McMonagle. Then it was back to Letterkenny.
"Back to where it all began at the Mountain Top," Cllr Brogan posted. "My first engagement at newly elected Mayor of the Letterkenny-Milford Municipal District visiting my mother and father, the great Mary and Philip Brogan."
