Live music and mafia mystery set for McGrory’s Hotel this weekend
Johnny Brady will take to the stage on Friday for some country music, with a Mafia Wedding murder mystery then on Saturday
Music lovers and mystery fans are in for a busy weekend at McGrory’s Hotel in Culdaff this weekend.
Two very different events are taking place in the Backroom on Friday and Saturday, October 30 and 31.
Country music star Johnny Brady will take to the stage on Friday for what promises to be an unforgettable evening of live entertainment. With one of the most distinctive voices in modern country music, Brady has built a strong following with his energetic performances and popular country sound.
Tickets for the Johnny Brady performance are priced at €27.50 per person.
The following evening, Saturday, the Backroom will take a step into the world of organised crime with a Mafia Wedding murder mystery experience.
Guests will be invited to take their seats alongside their Mafia family, choose their role and follow a trail of clues as they attempt to uncover the culprit. Working together with their table, participants will question suspects, piece together the evidence and ultimately make their final accusation.
Priced at €37.75, the Mafia Wedding ticket includes an arrival cocktail, a three-course dinner, the full Murder Mystery Party and a 90s-themed after-party once the case has been closed.
There will also be prizes up for grabs, with awards for both the winning detective team and the best-dressed guest.
