A fundraiser will be held in memory of Letterkenny businessman, Richard Finney.
A Northern Ireland-based business, Prize-Getaways Ltd, which specialises in high-end luxury breaks, is running a competition to win a two-night stay for up to eight people in a luxury Portnoo property with all proceeds in aid of the Pieta House Charity.
The charity provides vital services to people in distress and to families mourning loss from suicide and to raise vital funds the County Fermanagh-born sisters and owners of Prize-Getaways Ltd decided to do something as part of their corporate social responsibility.
The four-bedroom property is a five-minute stroll from the Atlantic at Portnoo harbour and beach. It is an ideal location to enjoy a peaceful holiday and explore the Wild Atlantic Way.
The fundraiser is supported by Instagram Influencer Karen Parkinson, sister of Richard Finney, the Letterkenny coffee legend. Richard Finney operated The Counter Deli and New Kid Coffee, Donegal’s first speciality coffee roastery.
“We started the business earlier this year and it's fair to say things have taken off so quickly that we wanted to start to work with some charities at an early stage,” Director Pauline Huth said. “Pieta House is very deserving, and we are really pleased to be able to do this for them”.
County Fermanagh-based co-Director, Dr Anne Monaghan, said: “This competition offers the lucky winner a family break for eight people in beautiful Portnoo, County Donegal and with a charity benefiting, everyone's a winner!”
You can enter by visiting Prize Getaways, the draw will be held on Thursday, 25th April at 8pm.
