The Irish Blood Transfusion Service had its presentation night at Letterkenny's Mount Errigal Hotel, where both 50 donations and 100 donations were awarded.
Pauric Hanna from Annagry, was one of those rewarded for 50 donations, and Deirde Ann Barr Chairperson of the Irish Blood Transfusion Board. Almost 100 awards were given out. The board is in operation 60 years this year and the donors make a big difference to the work they do for blood supplies.
