Saturday morning's training exercise took place at Lough Eske

Inishowen Search and Recovery Unit conducted a joint training exercise on Saturday morning with Donegal Bay Sub Aqua Club.

Due to weather and sea conditions, the training was conducted in Lough Eske, where the in-water conditions were challenging with poor visibility and water temperature of 10 degrees celsius, which would be realistic to a winter body search in fresh water.

Thanks were conveyed to Donegal Bay for hosting the training session, and both parties will look forward to a return visit to Buncrana soon.
