Ahmad Khan Armani was reported missing from the Rathfarnham area of Dublin 16 at around 6.30pm on December 10.
Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of a 17-year-old youth who has been missing for two weeks.
In an appeal, issued this Christmas Eve, gardai say Ahmad Khan Armani was reported missing from the Rathfarnham area of Dublin 16 at around 6.30pm on December 10.
They say Ahmad is described as being approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall, with a stocky build, brown eyes and black hair.
According to gardai, when last seen, he was wearing a black hoodie, black tracksuit and black shoes.

Anyone with information on Ahmad's whereabouts is asked to contact Rathfarnham garda station in Dublin on 01 666 6500, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.
Efforts to locate Ahmad are continuing.
