In fitting cross country conditions on Sunday, Charlie O'Donnell (Rosses AC) and Teresa Doherty (Finn Valley AC) won the individual titles at the Donegal Masters Cross Country.

Charlie 'Postie' continued his good recent form to finish in 18:17 and win his first ever Donegal crown.

After five laps, O'Donnell edged ahead of Inishowen AC's Pauric McKinney (18:31) and Raymond Birch of Letterkenny AC (18:46).

McKinney was the O50 gold medallist and, backed up by his team-mates Martin McLucas and Liam Doherty, who were second and third, Inishowen AC won the O50 men's title.

O'Donnell, Fergal McGee, Mark Ward and Manus McHugh – sixth, seventh and eighth – took Rosses to the men's O35 team honours.
