Two Donegal athletes were part of the Irish 4x400m relay squad that reached a European Under-20 Championships qualifying standard.
At the AAI Indoor Games in Athlone on Sunday, Lucy McGlynn and Hannah Murray helped the Irish quartet to hit the coveted standard.
Tir Chonaill AC woman McGlynn and Finn Valley AC's Murray were joined by Kate O'Connell and Niamh Murray.
They finished in 3:43.30 – a national under-20 record - and will now look forward to the European Under-20 Championships in Jerusalem, Israel in August.
Tir Chonaill AC jumping ace Conall Mahon set a new Ulster record to win the men's triple jump.
Mahon jumped out to 14.70m, a new Championship best, in another impressive day at the office. Mahon will be targeting medals at the National Indoor Championships in mid-February.
McGlynn won her 60m hurdles with an 8.77-second run. Niamh Moohan, also of Tir Chonaill AC was third in 9.73 seconds, ahead of Rachel Gallagher from Rosses AC, whose 10.23 seconds earned a fourth-place finish.
Tir Chonaill AC's Geraldine Stwart won the shot put, throwing out to 11.35m to get the better of Finn Valley AC's Bridget McDyer, who had a best of 9.37m.
McDyer was also second in the weight for distance when reaching out to 6.09m.
Finn Valley AC Olympian Brendan Boyce was second in the 3000m walk, finishing in 11:57.61 with winner David Kenny from Farranfore Maine Valley AC going 11:21.27.
In a 200m, Tir Chonaill AC's Rachel Gallagher finished third in 29.80 seconds while Rosses AC woman Rachel Boner was fourth in her 200m in 28.72.
Janine Boyle of Finn Valley was fourth in a 200m in 25.95 seconds and was seventh in a 60m in7.83 seconds.
Joseph Aidoo from Letterkenny finished is 60m in 7.39 seconds for fourth
