Donegal jockeys Oisin Orr and Dylan Browne-McMonagle were on the double in recent days.

Orr hit two winners on Friday night at York with Browne-McMonagle saddling two victors at Gowran Park on Saturday.

Orr landed a pair of winners for Richard Fahy, for whom he is now stable hockey.

Orr steered Midnight Mile, an 8/1 shot, to a comfortable win.

The Rathmullan native followed up by taking 11/10 favourite Spirit Dancer to victory.

Like Orr, Browne-McMonagle has been champion apprentice, and he also scored two winners on Saturday.

The Letterkenny man teamed up with Ray Cody for his winners.

First, Orr took Lady Lunette to win the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies & Mares Maiden, triumphing by almost five lengths.

Orr had to grind out his second winner, Navagio, priced at 5/1 squeezing over the line by a head from Didn’thavemuchtodo with Conor Stone-Walsh in the saddle.
