Cappry Rovers crowned an extraordinary season with a 1-0 win over Blayney Rovers in the SFAI Ulster U-13 Final, clinching their fourth trophy of the campaign and completing an unprecedented quadruple.

Blayney Rovers began the match with intent, nearly taking the lead in the early stages. However, Cappry’s goalkeeper, Harry, produced a superb diving save to keep the scores level.

After weathering the initial pressure, Cappry grew into the game, taking control and creating a series of chances. Blayney’s goalkeeper was in inspired form, denying Cappry time and again, including several dangerous efforts from Daithi McHugh's corners. Despite their dominance, Cappry were unable to find the breakthrough in the first half, which ended 0-0.

The second half followed a similar pattern, with Cappry dictating the tempo and pressing for a goal. For long spells, it seemed their efforts might go unrewarded, as Blayney’s defence held firm.

The breakthrough finally came midway through the half, courtesy of a brilliantly worked team goal. A slick passing sequence in midfield set Ryan McNulty free, who cleverly played the ball to Adam Breen.

Breen’s blistering pace took him past the Blayney left-back, and his precise square ball found McNulty, who smashed it into the roof of the net.

Cappry continued to push for a second goal, striking the woodwork multiple times, but their defence ensured Blayney were unable to mount a comeback. The final whistle sparked celebrations as Cappry added the Ulster crown to their trophy cabinet, rounding off a truly remarkable season.
