Amber Barrett scored twice on Sunday to all but secure FC Köln’s place in the Frauen-Bundesliga for another season.

Köln came from behind to defeat Carl Zeiss Jena 3-1 for a fine away win.

Samira Sahraoui put the hosts in front in the 30th minute.

Barrett was introduced at half-time and netted a penalty to draw Köln level on the hour.

Seven minutes later, the Milford woman provided the assist for Mandy Islacker to put her side in front.

Republic of Ireland international Barrett scored again in the 73rd minute to secure the win.
