Donegal County County officials signign the contract with John O’Donnell Construction Ltd, Ballybofey
Following a competitive tendering process, Donegal County Council has just awarded the construction contract for a social housing development of 43 housing units at Chapel Road, Dungloe, to John O’Donnell Construction Ltd, Ballybofey.
This significant housing scheme, which has been designed by the Council’s in-house architectural team, will provide new homes to 43 families in the Dungloe area.
The west-Donegal development has been widely welcomed and will consist of a mix of housing units ranging from 1-bedroom apartments to larger four-bedroomed houses.
