The late Martin McGuinness
A new book about Irish republican politician and former deputy First Minister of Northern Ireland, Martin McGuinness, will be launched in Letterkenny.
The launch of Our Martin, written by author Jim McVeigh, will take place on Friday, February 6 at 7pm in the Mount Errigal Hotel. A book signing will also take place on Saturday, February 7, from 12pm to 2pm in The Bookmark, Letterkenny Shopping Centre.
Donegal Sinn Féin TD Pearse Doherty said: “Martin McGuinness was a giant of Irish politics - a champion of our struggle, a leader and peacemaker. Rooted in his community, he worked every day to deliver better for his people.
“Join us this Friday, February 6, at 7pm in the Mount Errigal Hotel, Letterkenny, as we discuss his life, his legacy, and the journey to a new and united Ireland.”
