The Soilse festival light parade was a huge success, with hundreds of people gathering in Donegal Town to enjoy the spectacle. There were stunning costumes and clever use of movement and music to enhance the incredible costumes which were all made locally in workshops over the last few months. As well as the light parade, there was a sculpture trail throughout the town, inspired by the people, places and wildlife of Donegal Town across the ages. The sculptures were also designed and crafted by the Soilse committee and workshop attendees.
